Elizabeth Yurth, MD is Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Boulder Longevity Institute, where she has been providing Tomorrow’s Medicine Today to her clients since 2006. Dr. Yurth obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, completed her residency at the University of California – Irvine, and her Fellowship in Sports and Spine Medicine from Stanford-affiliated Sports Orthopedics and Rehabilitation (SOAR) in Palo Alto, CA. Along with her 30 years as a practicing orthopedist specializing in sports and spine medicine, Dr. Yurth has made it her mission to learn and share the latest scientific research on how to truly heal the body at the cellular level. She is Fellowship trained in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Cellular Medicine and has completed +500 hours of CME training focused on Longevity, Nutrition, Epigenetics, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Regenerative Peptide Treatments, and Regenerative Orthopedic Procedures.

Elizabeth Yurth, MD is the Chief Medical Officer of the Boulder Longevity Institute which she co-founded in 2006. The Boulder Longevity Institute specializes in advanced, research-based human optimization medicine including Regenerative Peptide Therapy, Next-Generation Regenerative Orthopedics, and Foundational Health Optimization.
Dr. Yurth obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of California – Irvine. Along with her 27-plus years as a practicing orthopedist specializing in sports, spine, and regenerative medicine, Dr. Yurth is double-Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Yurth has a Stanford-affiliated Fellowship in Sports and Spine Medicine, and a dual-Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (FAARM) and Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine (FAARFM) through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She has also completed a Fellowship in Human Potential and Epigenetic Medicine and is part of the first cohort of providers to receive the A4M National Peptide Certification.
Dr. Yurth has served on the faculty of, and lectured nationally for, both A4M and the International Peptide Society (IPS). She is currently a national lecturer and faculty member for the prestigious Seeds Scientific Research and Performance (SSRP) Institute, one of the premier Cellular Medicine research and education institutes in the country, where she obtained her fifth and most recent Fellowship in Cellular and Regenerative Medicine. She also serves on the International Scientific Advisory Board for Longevity Labs out of Austria, who are developing novel anti-aging strategies.
Dr. Yurth believes strongly in being both a lifelong educator and a lifelong learner. She speaks extensively at conferences across the country and is a frequent guest on many health-focused podcasts. She has appeared on Dave Asprey’s Upgrade Labs, Cleaning up Your Mental Mess with Dr. Caroline Leaf, Pushing the Limits with Lisa Tamati, Flow Research Collective Radio with Rian Doris, and many others.
To help further spread the important science and research happening in this space, Dr. Yurth creates weekly educational content to be shared with members of BLI’s Human Optimization Academy, an online learning resource accessible to anyone.
Dr. Yurth has consulted with numerous sports teams including the San Francisco 49ers, the Stanford University women’s basketball and soccer teams, and the Santa Clara University men’s and women’s basketball and soccer teams. She has also served as the Team Physician for the San Jose/Cleveland Ballet. Presently, she consults with elite and professional athletes from across the world to help aid recovery and optimize performance.
Dr. Yurth has completed over 600 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME) training in the areas of Longevity, Epigenetics, Nutrition, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Regenerative Peptide Treatments, Regenerative Orthopedic Procedures, and Cellular Medicine. Dr. Yurth resides in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and five children. As a mother and a woman managing the changes of aging, as well as an athlete who has dealt with numerous injuries, Dr. Yurth finds her passion in educating and sharing with her clients all the innovative, life-changing treatments that are on the cutting-edge of medicine.
