Are We a Good Fit?
At BLI, we are passionate about empowering our patients with guidance and education so that they can advocate for their own health. We want to work with anyone who is passionate about taking responsibility for their health journey and reaching their full potential. Before we get started, there’s a few things you should know to make sure we are a good fit for you and can effectively help you reach your goals.
What does it cost to get started?
As personalized medicine, the cost of services varies greatly depending on your unique needs and may range from a few hundred to thousands of dollars. To learn more about our pricing and service options, please send an inquiry and request pricing be sent.
Does BLI take insurance?
No, we are a cash-pay practice. Unfortunately, due to the fact that most insurance companies do not cover the advanced, leading-edge treatments we offer, we do not work with insurance companies for reimbursement of services.
Can I skip your Assessment phase and get straight into a Program?
No, you must complete a BLI Assessment prior to enrolling in one of our Programs. Your Assessment is a one time cost that allows us to establish your health baseline and allows you the opportunity to get to know your Provider and our Clinic before committing to an annual Program.
Can I just book an appointment and get the prescriptions I need?
A limited number of prescriptions can be prescribed to clients not on an annual Program. However, these are limited in supply and require follow-up visits for any refills desired. For full access to the entire suite of medications and prescriptions available through BLI, you must be under ongoing care through the BLI annual Program.
Can I See Dr. Yurth?
General Consults: Dr. Yurth is available for hourly Orthopedic, Regenerative, or Foundational Health Consultations. She is also available for a complete array of Next-Generation Regenerative Orthopedic procedures using PRP, PRFM, A2M, and other leading-edge protocols.
Assessments & Programs: Dr. Yurth takes on a limited number of Platinum clients each year. Platinum clients are required to complete our Platinum Assessment. Upon completion of your Assessment, if you would like to continue on with Dr. Yurth’s Platinum Program, you may apply for the Program based on availability.
In addition to Dr. Yurth, you can see any of our other providers who work closely alongside Dr. Yurth to offer the cutting-edge and high-quality care we pride ourselves on at BLI.
