This non-invasive scan can be completed in less than an hour and will provide key information on regional brain wave activity, processing power, reaction time, and coherence patterns, allowing for data-backed assessment of brain health and function. After reviewing the results with one of our team’s qualified experts, you will leave with a roadmap of recommendations for how to achieve optimal brain health.
Body Composition Assessment
SECA SCAN – FREE
only available in-person
Seca Scan is the only body composition analyzer designed for medical use, and validated against the Four Compartment Model – the gold standard for fat mass estimation. The medical Body Composition Analyzer (mBCA) by seca breaks down weight into body compartments relevant to the practice of medicine, namely, Fat Mass and Fat-Free Mass, Body Water (made up of extracellular water and intracellular water) and Skeletal Muscle Mass.
Physical Assessment
Movement & mobility evaluation – FREE
only available in-person
By measuring strength, stability and flexibility through basic physical tests, such as “Sit-to-Stand,” grip strength, hang time and box reach, we establish a functional movement baseline that can be measured to monitor aging and improve healthspan.
Lab Review & Protocol Recommendation Consultation
Included in your Assessment price is a comprehensive Lab Review appointment, typically lasting 60-90 minutes depending on the total number of labs to review. What happens at my Initial Consultation (IC) Appointment?
All Assessments begin with a comprehensive Initial Consultation which will include:
- A thorough analysis and discussion of your health history and current health status.
- An in-depth discussion of any and all of your health questions and concerns.
- A detailed review of your personal wellness, longevity, and human optimization goals.
- Initial education about what may be standing in the way of optimizing your health and how we might address them.
- Preliminary treatment recommendations on what you can do today to start optimizing your health and start your journey towards meeting your full human potential.
- A review and time-line discussion of what testing and diagnostic labs will be performed and the process for getting those completed.
- Assessments include an Initial Consult to discuss Foundational Health (hormone, nutrition, cardiometabolic, adrenal, etc.) and Peptide Therapy.
What happens at my Lab Review and Protocol Recommendation Appointment?
After your Initial Consult you will receive email instructions on getting your labs drawn. Following completion of your labs and receipt of your results, you will be scheduled for your Lab Review and Protocol Recommendation Appointment.
During this appointment your provider will go through a comprehensive review of your lab results with a focus on educating, as well as informing. Not only do we want you to know your results, we want you to understand the high-level cause and effect behind them. This is how we work with our clients to help them “go from passenger to pilot” in managing their health.
After reviewing your labs in detail with a lens on education, your provider will “connect the dots” – walking you through the full arc from your Initial Consult goals and concerns, to how your lab values correlate to those goals/concerns, to what needs to change to achieve/address those goals/concerns, to the treatment plan that will achieve those changes.
This plan will be designed uniquely for you and may include things like: Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptide Therapy, lifestyle modifications, supplement recommendations, and more.
What happens after my BLI Assessment?
Assessment of these core domains serves as a comprehensive launching point for your journey towards full human optimization. Following your Assessment, you can decide to continue working with BLI by participating in one of our Programs.
Our Programs provide a full calendar year of provider access, unlimited follow-up visits, lab reviews, treatment recommendations, and ongoing guidance on how to best navigate your journey to optimal health and longevity. BLI will provide more information on your Program options as you go through your Assessment process.
Before you can receive any prescriptions (i.e. hormones, peptides) recommended by your Provider, you must sign a formal Program Agreement, which will be sent electronically to your email.
This is necessary to cement the patient-provider relationship. You are under no obligation to continue on with a BLI Program after your Assessment. If you do move forward with BLI, you can continue to work with us in our Program to receive ongoing care and prescription management.
