Pentadecapeptide BPC-157, composed of 15 amino acids, is a partial sequence of body protection compound (BPC) and is well known for its healing, as well as gut health management abilities. Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4) is a hormone secreted by the thymus gland. Not to be confused with the thyroid gland, the thymus produces a hormone called Thymosin.
Thymosin stimulates T cell (T lymphocyte) production. Thymosin also educates these cells on what to attack and, importantly, what not to attack (ourselves – a phenomenon known as autoimmunity.)
After gaining their production and education from thymosin, the T lymphocytes move off to do battle against threats like viruses and infections. The activity of the thymus during this young age leads to a notable rarity of autoimmune disorders amongst younger patients.
As we exit puberty, the gland becomes less active and shrinks away. As the thymus does less and less, our immune system is left with its dwindling previous education and, for many, can become dysfunctional with age. It has been noted to enhance beta cell growth in the pancreas, also potentially helping with insulin production. It inhibits glucagon, the hormone that increases blood sugar, and can reduce food intake via appetite reduction.
Stimulating GLP-1 can improve function in most organs. This can provide benefits to combat aging diseases by improving cardiac output, reducing inflammation, helping with kidney function, adding neural protection and regeneration, and increasing glucose to muscles.
It is important to start with a low dose and work up from there. Heart rate increases can occur but the cardioprotective qualities of the drug generally outweigh that risk. Those with a family history of rare medullary thyroid cancer would be advised against taking semaglutide.

Ginger/Pyridoxine HCL (B6) Capsules

Thymosin Alpha-1 (TA1)
Thymosin Alpha-1 is a peptide naturally occurring in the thymus that has long been recognized for modifying, enhancing, and restoring immune function. TA1 has been utilized in the treatment of immunocompromised states and malignancies, as an enhancer of vaccine response, and as a means of curbing morbidity and mortality in sepsis and numerous infections. Pentosan Polysulfate (PPS)
PPS is a sulfated polysaccharide (a complex sugar molecule with an attached sulfate group) derived from beechwood. Traditionally used to treat inflammatory bladder pain, recent research highlights PPS to target degenerative joint issues.

Larazotide acetate (LA) is a synthetic peptide designed to tighten the adhesions between tight junction cells lining the small intestine in order to restore the intestine to its normal state. It is being studied in people with celiac disease as an adjunct therapeutic agent to enhance the function of the intestinal barrier. Larazotide is an antagonist to Zonulin, which loosens tight junctions and allows for highly inflammatory viral particles to get into circulation. Larazotide prevents breakdown of tight junctions, limiting antigen trafficking.
MGF, also known as IGF-1Ec, is a variant of the systemic IGF-1 produced by the liver. Unlike systemic IGF-1, MGF is expressed specifically in response to muscle damage and is involved in repairing and adapting the muscle. It is expressed as a pulse after muscle damage and helps activate muscle stem cells to repair the muscle and contribute to growth. MGF and IGF-1 have similar functions in repairing and growing new cells. In order to have a longer effect, MGF must be PEGylated as its natural half-life is only minutes. Studies have shown that there is a differential expression of IGF-1 isoforms in response to exercise-induced muscle damage, with a rapid increase in MGF expression followed by a prolonged increase in IGF-1Ea and IGF-1Eb. Research has also shown that the action of synthetic MGF differs from that of mature IGF-1 and has its own unique effects on muscle cells. These findings suggest that MGF and IGF-1 may act as separate agents in muscle regeneration.

KPV is an anti-inflammatory peptide that has the potential to reduce inflammation in intestinal diseases such as Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis. By blocking the production and release of proinflammatory cytokines, KPV helps to curb the immune response that leads to inflammation. In studies, KPV has demonstrated efficacy in reducing inflammation and promoting the healing of the gut lining in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases and ulcers. For example, in a study with mice with Ulcerative Colitis, KPV was found to lead to significant improvements in body weight, colon length, and symptoms. When combined with BPC, KPV has shown to be an even more potent anti-inflammatory agent.
It is widely used in the longevity field as a senolytic, with low-dose administration once a week to remove old, damaged cells and promote the growth of healthy ones. High doses of Rapamycin have been used as a chemotherapy agent and immunosuppressant for transplant patients, but at low doses it acts as a rejuvenating agent. Tirzepatide not only helps regulate blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes, but it may also have potential weight loss and anti-aging effects. In clinical trials, some patients experienced weight loss while taking the medication, although more research is needed to fully understand this effect. Tirzepatide may also have anti-aging properties due to its effects on glucose and insulin regulation, as well as its potential impact on oxidative stress and inflammation. However, these potential benefits are still being studied and more research is needed to determine their full extent and implications.
ARA-290 (cibinetide) is a peptide that was made from erythropoietin and is currently in phase 2 trials within the US. ARA-290 works by activating the innate repair receptor to induce anti-inflammatory and tissue repair mechanisms. ARA-290 is used to treat neuropathic pain in patients with diabetic neuropathy, small fiber neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, covid induced neuropathy, and research into others is on-going and extremely promising. ARA-290 reduces nerve pain & helps repair damaged nerves, decreases systemic inflammation, accelerates wound healing, and even has been shown to help regulate blood sugar levels.
ARA-290 is prescribed for a 3 month period. The patient is started on the “high dose” for the first 6 weeks and then lowered to the “low dose” for the next 6 weeks. ARA-290 has an incredibly high safety profile, and as of yet, no study has demonstrated any side effects or toxicity; however some patients have reported an elevated BP, elevated heart rate, elevated liver enzymes, or nausea/vomiting, but these were not confirmed to be due to the medication, and could be coincidental/not drug related. Because ARA-290 is an injectable medication and not a pill, the actual injection may lead to injection site irritation or bruising, or an infection; but overall patients report it is tolerated extremely well, and results are seen in some patients as quickly as 2-3 weeks.
