Orthopedic Planning Consults

Planning Consultations are designed for new, first-time clients to BLI who are looking for education and guidance about options available and the direction our expert providers would recommend. Planning Consults are not designed to diagnose or treat. Your provider may recommend you pursue further treatment options that include hormones or peptides – these will not be prescribed unless you are on a BLI Program. In some cases, a specific prescription may be sent in to a local or compounding pharmacy for immediate care. No refills will be provided unless you have a follow-up appointment. Your provider may recommend you get additional imaging or lab results. Please note that the prescribing physician is required to review these results in a follow-up appointment that will incur an additional appointment fee.

General Consults

General Consultations are designed for existing clients or clients that have already had a Planning Consult to get additional guidance and education, get a second opinion on an issue they are working with another physician on, have a follow-up consultation after pursuing recommended treatment options, or to get care in a domain outside of their current BLI Program (e.g. a HOP client looking for Orthopedic care).
