What’s Included In my platinum Assessment?
INITIAL CONSULTATION (IC)
What happens at your ic?
Discuss Goals and Concerns around Hormone, Nutrition, Cardiometabolic, Adrenal & General Health Domains, as well as any questions related to targeted Regenerative Peptide Therapy protocols (i.e. peptides). (60-90 mins)
Note: If you are not in one of the 40+ states we are currently licensed in, you must have an in-person IC at our office in Boulder, CO. For clients in licensed states, you have the option for either an in-person or telehealth consult.
CURATED Baseline biomarker LABS
Our Assessment lab panel is curated and comprehensive to give you and your provider a full understanding of your baseline health. Lab Panels included are outlined below.
We require all new clients participating in an Assessment to complete the full panel of labs and cannot substitute outside lab results for any of the tests below.
Note: If you are actively on hormones, we also require you to complete a dried urine hormone metabolite test called the DUTCH test. This is an add-on charge to your total Assessment cost.
Hormonal Optimization
Blood Hormone Panel – A hormone snapshot to get your hormone program started quickly
Adrenal Optimization
Blood Adrenal Panel – An adrenal analysis to get your thyroid optimization underway.
Cardiometabolic Optimization
Cardiometabolic Panel – A comprehensive Lipid Panel Profile that goes well beyond your traditional cholesterol panel to include key genetic and lifestyle lipid particles, pre-diabetes testing, as well as an omega profile and overall inflammatory risk markers.
Nutritional Optimization
Comprehensive Nutrition Panel – This patented micronutrient assessment technology uses Mass Spectrometry to determine your nutrient utilization at the cellular level, providing an accurate picture of precisely which nutrients you need.
Genomic Status (MTHFR)
MTHFR Genomic SNP Analysis – Methylation impacts over 200 different functions in the body. By reviewing the status of a key methylation gene for common mutations, we can proactively address a wide variety of potential health conditions and provide more precise treatment recommendations.
General Health Status
Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP) – A standard blood test that gives your provider insight into your overall systemic health.
Complete Blood Count (CBC) – This standard blood test, combined with the CMP, gives your provider insight into potential systemic issues that might not be optimal.
Baseline health score
Biological Age Analysis to determine your true Cellular Age compared to your chronological age.
ADVANCED BIOMARKER LABS
PRODROME SCAN
Prodrome Scan is a novel test that provides a full metabolic biochemical risk analysis that looks at key biomarkers that will assess the risk of cancer, frailty, cognition, MS, cardiac and muscle function to determine the performance status of each key biochemical system.
GRAIL GALLERI TEST
GRAIL Galleri Test is a multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test that looks for a signal shared across more than 50 types of cancer through a simple blood draw. Many of these cancers are not commonly screened for today and otherwise may go unnoticed before symptoms appear.
ADD-ONs
Cardiovascular Risk Assessment
CLEERLY SCAN – $1500*
Cleerly Scan’s AI-based digital care platform works with coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) imaging to help clinicians precisely identify and define atherosclerosis earlier. Coordination of the Cleerly scan will be managed by the Cleerly team directly. You can find nearby sites that conduct the Cleerly scan in your area on the Cleery website.
*There will be additional costs that are separate from BLI’s $1500 Assessment Add-on. The below charges will be paid to the testing facility and Cleerly directly.
Coronary CTA + Cleerly = ~$1500
Cleerly Analysis alone (if have existing CCTA) = $750
Hormone Metabolism Assessment
DUTCH TEST – $300
DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. Blood-based hormone levels represent the baseline amount of hormones circulating the body; however, this information does not tell you HOW those hormones are being metabolized in the body. Using DUTCH, you can get a detailed view on both hormone levels and hormone metabolism to ensure hormones are being utilized and converted down proper pathways.
If you are actively on Hormone Replacement Therapy, we require you to do a DUTCH as part of your Assessment.
Neurocognitive Health Assessment
WAVI SCAN – $849
only available in-person
WAVI is an all-in-one brain measurement platform that provides objective information about brain function. The WAVI system uses well-established evoked EEG technology to record electrical signatures of the brain, providing actionable, data-driven reports and insights on the detailed functioning of your brain.
This non-invasive scan can be completed in less than an hour and will provide key information on regional brain wave activity, processing power, reaction time, and coherence patterns, allowing for data-backed assessment of brain health and function. After reviewing the results with one of our team’s qualified experts, you will leave with a roadmap of recommendations for how to achieve optimal brain health.
Body Composition Assessment
SECA SCAN – FREE
only available in-person
Seca Scan is the only body composition analyzer designed for medical use, and validated against the Four Compartment Model – the gold standard for fat mass estimation. The medical Body Composition Analyzer (mBCA) by seca breaks down weight into body compartments relevant to the practice of medicine, namely, Fat Mass and Fat-Free Mass, Body Water (made up of extracellular water and intracellular water) and Skeletal Muscle Mass.
Physical Assessment
Movement & mobility evaluation – FREE
only available in-person
By measuring strength, stability and flexibility through basic physical tests, such as “Sit-to-Stand,” grip strength, hang time and box reach, we establish a functional movement baseline that can be measured to monitor aging and improve healthspan.
Lab Review & Protocol Recommendation Consultation
Included in your Assessment price is a comprehensive Lab Review appointment, typically lasting 60-90 minutes depending on the total number of labs to review. Lab Reviews can be done in-person or via telehealth. Prior to your Lab Review appointment, you will receive further information regarding how to move forward with a BLI Program should you choose.
Dr. Yurth is only available for a limited number of Platinum Assessments each month. Platinum Assessments include several additional labs, with the option for add-on services. Completion of a Platinum Assessment does not guarantee you the opportunity of working with Dr. Yurth for a Platinum Program. If you believe you would be a good fit for this Assessment option, please contact our clinic directly.

What happens at my Initial Consultation (IC) Appointment?
All Assessments begin with a comprehensive Initial Consultation which will include:
- A thorough analysis and discussion of your health history and current health status.
- An in-depth discussion of any and all of your health questions and concerns.
- A detailed review of your personal wellness, longevity, and human optimization goals.
- Initial education about what may be standing in the way of optimizing your health and how we might address them.
- Preliminary treatment recommendations on what you can do today to start optimizing your health and start your journey towards meeting your full human potential.
- A review and time-line discussion of what testing and diagnostic labs will be performed and the process for getting those completed.
- Assessments include an Initial Consult to discuss Foundational Health (hormone, nutrition, cardiometabolic, adrenal, etc.) and Peptide Therapy.
What happens at my Lab Review and Protocol Recommendation Appointment?
After your Initial Consult you will receive email instructions on getting your labs drawn. Following completion of your labs and receipt of your results, you will be scheduled for your Lab Review and Protocol Recommendation Appointment.
During this appointment your provider will go through a comprehensive review of your lab results with a focus on educating, as well as informing. Not only do we want you to know your results, we want you to understand the high-level cause and effect behind them. This is how we work with our clients to help them “go from passenger to pilot” in managing their health.
After reviewing your labs in detail with a lens on education, your provider will “connect the dots” – walking you through the full arc from your Initial Consult goals and concerns, to how your lab values correlate to those goals/concerns, to what needs to change to achieve/address those goals/concerns, to the treatment plan that will achieve those changes.
This plan will be designed uniquely for you and may include things like: Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptide Therapy, lifestyle modifications, supplement recommendations, and more.
What happens after my BLI Assessment?
Assessment of these core domains serves as a comprehensive launching point for your journey towards full human optimization. Following your Assessment, you can decide to continue working with BLI by participating in one of our Programs.
Our Programs provide a full calendar year of provider access, unlimited follow-up visits, lab reviews, treatment recommendations, and ongoing guidance on how to best navigate your journey to optimal health and longevity. BLI will provide more information on your Program options as you go through your Assessment process.
Before you can receive any prescriptions (i.e. hormones, peptides) recommended by your Provider, you must sign a formal Program Agreement, which will be sent electronically to your email.
This is necessary to cement the patient-provider relationship. You are under no obligation to continue on with a BLI Program after your Assessment. If you do move forward with BLI, you can continue to work with us in our Program to receive ongoing care and prescription management.
